I have been absolutely blown away by the experience and the dress that I have received. I had been looking for a dress for a couple of months wanting to try and purchase my dream dress with my small £400 budget. I found the exact dress I was looking for and having read I can send it back if it wasn’t suitable, I thought I would go for it. I used the online chat service and Fifi came back to me straight away and helped purchase the dress and gave some kind words I was nervous purchasing a dress online. She reassured me and promised a great bridal experience at home.
My daughter and I were beyond excited when my gown arrived within 4 days as promised.
The box is beautiful and very secure with clips, inside beautifully wrapped with ribbon and rose soaps and a hand written note, special wedding hanger and fully plastic gown cover. The attention to detail was excellent and shows willing to go that extra mile for brides to feel special and appreciated.
My Enzoani gown is absolutely breath taking and beautiful, it’s in immaculate condition, I will have it cleaned for peace of mind, but it’s perfect. I purchased a dress from Fifi and it arrived in a gorgeous box and was packaged really well. It even came with some lovely rose soaps which were complementary and added that extra specialty to the whole experience. The dress itself was in immaculate condition, no pulls and it looked brand new as if no one has tried it on before. Unfortunately it wasn't 'the one' so I contacted Fifi and she gave me the details on how to send it back. I received my full refund in a couple of days. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and would have no hesitation in purchasing another dress from Fifi. I highly recommend her!
