We recommend that if you like the gown to buy it that day as you may be disappointed if you want it later down the line and it has sold. Our refund policy gives you up to 14 days to change your mind if you think its not the one and you will be able to exchange it for another gown and pay the difference if it's more expensive.( We cannot offer a refund as the gown will have left the boutique and this could have devalued it. You will need to check the gown before you leave with it to ensure you are happy) It will need to be in the same condition as when it was sold. You will need to book your exchange appointment within 2 weeks of your purchase and visit us for your appointment. You will need to book this directly with us as you will not need to pay.
