Your gown will be wrapped in tissue and a gown bag, with a padded hanger for storage.

Once you have added your gown to your cart, you will be given two options for shipping to the UK in the checkout

Option 1 – tRACKED 48 SIGNED FOR ( ROYAL MAIL ). £12

This will be sent with a courier and tracking will be provided and insured during postage

Option 2- NEXT DAY £20

Every effort is taken to get you your gown in the shortest possible time. After 2.00pm it is very hard to guarantee your gown for next day delivery so please do expect that it could take an extra day

Please note gowns purchased after 5.00pm on a Friday will be sent on THE MONDAY

BRIDAL BOUTIQUE IN A BOX £30

Have that total bridal boutique experience Purchase 2-4 dresses and you can save on postage. £30 for 2 boxes of gowns. This will be sent by Tracked delivery and arrive between 2-4 days

Once your payment has cleared you will receive a message saying that your gown is being prepared for you.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories will be charged at £3.99 for shipping. Accessories bought with wedding dresses will be included in shipping for a gown

My experience with fifis boutique was amazing! My dress came so beautifully packaged with a beautiful hanger in a dress protection bag..... I never thought I’d get such an expensive stunning dress for the price I have . Customer service was amazing and messaged back in live chat as soon as I messaged her. I have been absolutely blown away by the experience and the dress that I have received. I had been looking for a dress for a couple of months wanting to try and purchase my dream dress with my small £400 budget. I found the exact dress I was looking for and having read I can send it back if it wasn’t suitable, I thought I would go for it. I used the online chat service and Fifi came back to me straight away and helped purchase the dress and gave some kind words I was nervous purchasing a dress online. She reassured me and promised a great bridal experience at home.
My daughter and I were beyond excited when my gown arrived within 4 days as promised.
The box is beautiful and very secure with clips, inside beautifully wrapped with ribbon and rose soaps and a hand written note, special wedding hanger and fully plastic gown cover. The attention to detail was excellent and shows willing to go that extra mile for brides to feel special and appreciated.
My Enzoani gown is absolutely breath taking and beautiful, it’s in immaculate condition, I will have it cleaned for peace of mind, but it’s perfect. I can’t believe I actually got my dream gown for a dream price, as my fiancé lost his job due to covid and money has unfortunately been tight. I can’t thank you enough and I can’t wait to wear my dress in September. Please don’t hesitate to buy your gown from Fifi’s.

I purchased a dress from Fifi and it arrived in a gorgeous box and was packaged really well. It even came with some lovely rose soaps which were complementary and added that extra specialty to the whole experience. The dress itself was in immaculate condition, no pulls and it looked brand new as if no one has tried it on before. Unfortunately it wasn't 'the one' so I contacted Fifi and she gave me the details on how to send it back. I received my full refund in a couple of days. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and would have no hesitation in purchasing another dress from Fifi. I highly recommend her!
