buying your bridal gown online

When it comes to buying your Bridal Gown online you will probably have a lot of questions, and who can blame you- it is a very important decision

1. Why should I buy my gown online?

You may have heard about a bride ordering their gown online in the past, which may have been delayed, or was the wrong size etc. At Fifi’s Your gown is already in stock, and will be sent to you within a few days, which eliminates that agonising wait.

2. What is your background Fifi?

I have owned my own bridal boutique for a number of years in Bristol,  finding many gowns for brides, and at trade shows but have recently  decided to move online to give more Brides an opportunity to get a designer gown at a great price

3.  I am nervous about buying my gown online. How can you reassure me?

Honestly there is nothing to worry about, but it is understandable that you may be slightly anxious. I am available to answer any questions about a specific gown, sizing, or style. There is no pressure to keep your gown if it is not the one, once you have received it! You can return it and get a refund, ( minus postage cost) there is no catch . 4. How long will my gown take to arrive?

Depending on which method of shipping you have chosen it will take between 1- 4 days. Your gown is insured during postage so until your gown arrives with you we take care of this, and pack your gown carefully in a box ( unless purchased in a sale) . You will be provided with a gown box and hanger. We will give you your  tracking number so you can keep track of its journey right up to your door

5. What size should I go for?

If in doubt I would contact us directly through chat or  measure yourself against the sizing chart. Bridal sizes run smaller than UK sizes so a general rule is go 1-2 sizes larger. However a zip fastening can very easily be converted into a lace up back and seams can be let out or taken in.

6. Why don’t you take paypal?

Paypal changed the refund policy in 2021 so it meant that we could not offer refunds with this platform. We use Woocommerce payment which allows us to do this and  is very secure plus your details will not be stored. We also provide bank transfer as an option please contact me for BACS details

7. What do you mean if I keep my gown- I get my postage back?

We know that times can be hard and we want every bride to have their perfect gown. So Our promise to you if you  decide the gown is the one for you s that we will refund you the £12.00 for the original postage cost if you decide to keep your gown 

8. Can I pay in instalments?

We now offer Clearpay as a payment option so you can pay for your dress in 4  installments to Clearpay,  Clearpay will pay us the whole price upfront and you only need to pay a quarter of the cost up front . This will not affect a refund as we are still able to offer this option
