Our Bridal gown refund policy
To receive your Refund is simple and couldn’t be easier. The amazing 360 Returns tag means that when you return your gown for an easy no fuss refund.
- Email me at fifisbridalonline@gmail.com to request a return
- once your return has been approved we will provide you with the address
- send back your gown/gowns in tact with the 360 tag to the address provided
- once received we will check the gown andyou will be refunded providing the gown is in the same condition
How long do I have to decide?
We would advise that if you like the gown to buy it now, as you may be disappointed if you want it later on down the line and it has sold.
Fifi’s refund policy will give you up to 7 days once you have received your gown to change your mind if it’s not the one.
Please notify me if you would like to return your gown and I will provide you with our full address. You will need to send your gown or gowns back within the next 7 days of notifying us.
Therefore the whole returns process takes 14 days
TRACKING YOUR GOWN
Please provide us with any tracking information to make your return as smooth as possible. It will need to be in the same condition as when it was sent with the bridal box, hanger and gown bag. The 360 ID tag will need to be still intact and any evidence of tampering will void a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: the buyer will need to pay for return postage and we recommend that you insure on its return as it is the buyers responsibility until the gown is returned to us.
What is the 360 returns tag?
Our use of the 360 returns tag is to stop serial returners or wardrobing as it is known in ecommerce terms. The tag has a seal and when the seal is unstuck a void pattern comes up on the tag. You will be able to try your wedding dress on knowing that it can be returned if it is not suitable. The tag is very long and has enough give to be moved around the gown to allow freedom to try it on.
