“I have been absolutely blown away”
I have been absolutely blown away by the experience and the dress that I have received. I had been looking for a dress for a couple of months wanting to try and purchase my dream dress with my small £400 budget. I found the exact dress I was looking for and having read I can send it back if it wasn’t suitable, I thought I would go for it. I used the online chat service and Fifi came back to me straight away and helped purchase the dress and gave some kind words I was nervous purchasing a dress online. She reassured me and promised a great bridal experience at home.
My daughter and I were beyond excited when my gown arrived within 4 days as promised.
The box is beautiful and very secure with clips, inside beautifully wrapped with ribbon and rose soaps and a hand written note, special wedding hanger and fully plastic gown cover. The attention to detail was excellent and shows willing to go that extra mile for brides to feel special and appreciated.
My Enzoani gown is absolutely breath taking and beautiful, it’s in immaculate condition, I will have it cleaned for peace of mind, but it’s perfect. I can’t believe I actually got my dream gown for a dream price, as my fiancé lost his job due to covid and money has unfortunately been tight. I can’t thank you enough and I can’t wait to wear my dress in September. Please don’t hesitate to buy your gown from Fifi’s.

“The whole process from start to finish was so easy”
I purchased a dress from Fifi and it arrived in a gorgeous box and was packaged really well. It even came with some lovely rose soaps which were complementary and added that extra specialty to the whole experience. The dress itself was in immaculate condition, no pulls and it looked brand new as if no one has tried it on before. Unfortunately it wasn’t ‘the one’ so I contacted Fifi and she gave me the details on how to send it back. I received my full refund in a couple of days. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and would have no hesitation in purchasing another dress from Fifi. I highly recommend her!

All I can say is that my experience at Fifi’s was amazing. I went to her with no clear image in my head of what I wanted, simply the phrase “elegant and understated with a wow factor”. The service she offers is great – We felt like the only people in the world whilst in her boutique, never any rush or pressure. She was kind and took time to understand what I liked and didn’t, made lots of helpful suggestions, and managed to find exactly the dress for me despite my vague requests. She offers such a unique selection of dresses at a very reasonable price, any brides who want something a bit different should definitely pay her a visit. I’m so over the moon with my dress and can’t wait to wear it – Would 100% recommend!

I recently visited Fifi’s bridal boutique along with my three bridesmaids, we all loved it and would highly recommend.
The soft music playing in the background set a lovely ambience and the glass of bubby awaiting each of us was a nice touch.
There was a great selection of designer dresses, all at fantastic prices and after trying on quite a few (I had to be sure after all) I did find the perfect dress which all of my bridesmaids and I absolutely love.
Thank you Fifi for a truly magical experience and for helping me to find my special dress.
